STEVE BANNON: ELON MUSK ‘TRULY EVIL’ AND ‘RACIST’

NEW YORK, January 13, 2025, 12 a.m. ET- In a searing attack, former Trump White House adviser Steve Bannon unleashed his fury on Elon Musk, branding the billionaire Tesla CEO as "truly evil" and "racist."
Musk's ties to the MAGA movement go way back, with the tech mogul contributing over a quarter of a billion dollars to support Donald Trump's presidential campaigns. However, Bannon has now had enough, and the gloves are off in the battle to take down Musk.
"I will have Elon Musk run out of here by Inauguration Day," Bannon vowed in an interview with the Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera.
Bannon's scathing attack on Musk centers on the billionaire's support for H-1B visas, which critics say allow American companies to bring in cheaper foreign labor, threatening the jobs of American workers. Musk's South African roots also came under fire as Bannon blasted the billionaire's "apartheid" past.
"Peter Thiel, David Sacks, Elon Musk, are all white South Africans," Bannon said. "He should go back to South Africa. Why do we have South Africans, the most racist people on earth, white South Africans, we have them making any comments at all on what goes on in the United States?"
Bannon's attack on Musk follows the billionaire's recent tweet, which some interpreted as mocking Americans as "retards."
"He went out of his way to mock our movement as racist and retards, and he lost. We blew him out of the water. He won't fight. He's got the maturity of a little boy," Bannon said.
The former Trump adviser also accused Musk of having ties to the Chinese Communist Party and using his wealth to pursue a "techno-feudalism" agenda on a global scale.
"He will do anything to make sure that any one of his companies is protected or has a better deal or he makes more money," Bannon said. "His aggregation of wealth, and then through wealth - power: that's what he's focused on."
Bannon has been a vocal critic of Musk in the past, warning that Tesla's Shanghai factory is "a hundred percent controlled" by the Chinese Communist Party.
Musk remains a fixture at Mar-a-Lago, where his presence has reportedly been wearing on President Trump. However, with Bannon now gunning for him, it remains to be seen how long the billionaire will be welcome in the MAGA movement.
One thing is certain - Steve Bannon has made it his mission to "take Elon Musk down," and it looks like nothing is off the table in this epic battle for control of the Republican Party's future.
