Tamir channels Prince

NEW YORK, Sept 6, 2016, 4 p.m. - When Prince died just a few months ago, I was some of the biggest ones morning his death, but once I learned of Tamir I knew there is still hope for fans of new wave jazz.

Tamir has the short physic and build of Prince and the same sort of spunk that drove many of Prince's high energy songs to the top of the chart.

His performance at Rockwood Music Hall was astounding, which is on track with his studio recordings.

He played the piano for many of his songs, which is not that surprising since he produced and arranged his entire album.

It is clear that Prince is dead but a very soulful Tamir will be a voice of the future to fill the void.
