Sharpton, Ballentine, Mo'Nique to be heard in Charlotte

May 9, 2008, 5 p.m. - "Charlotte's R&B Leader" WQNC-FM will add talk radio to its offerings. 

Al Sharpton and Warren Ballentine will be added to the station's show line up starting May 19th, a source told Redding News Review.

There is no start date for Comedian Mo'Nique, whose show will be added at a later date, the source said.

The trio is part of Lanham, Md.-based Radio One's syndication arm Syndication One News/Talk.

Program Director Alvin "A.C." Stowe had no comment about the move, which should be announced next week.
