EXCLUSIVE: N-word lawyer takes fight to NYC

Feb. 22, 2007, 9:30 p.m. - A well-known N-word attorney Monday will testify on why the city of New York should adopt a moratorium on the term.
Attorney Roy Miller, an Atlanta-based juvenile lawyer, who has already convinced Funk & Wagnall's Dictionary to take the word out of its editions in 1994, is scheduled to testify on the symbolic bill before the citys Committee on Civil Rights at 10 a.m.
