    WASHINGTON, Oct. 30, 2004, 11:00 a.m. - Matt Drudge of the DrudgeReport yesterday linked to this site's NAACP exclusive (EXCLUSIVE: NAACP TO START A PAC) for about an hour, bringing 13,150 new visitors to the Web site, according to ReddingNewsReview.com's Internet traffic logger Urchin.     The link, coupled with Redding's national syndicated show The News Review, means ReddingNewsReview.com had its biggest single day in its short more than two year history.
