  More than 20 percent of people who listen to talk radio are black and that tally does not include Black Talk formatted radio stations. Black Talkers Founder Robert "Rob" Redding Jr. says, "Black talkers and their listeners are the most neglected in talk radio today."
 

Black Talkers Founder Rob Redding launches weekday show - Redding, who is leaving his job as the only black program director of a mainstream talk radio station, will start the show from 4 to 7 p.m. ET on Aug. 30.
